Welcome! Meet Dr. Glenna.

Dr. Glenna has a general practice using lifestyle, nutrition, vitamins, minerals and herbs to create a plan that works with your life and goals. She graduated from St. F.X..U with a BSc. in Human Nutrition and then finished her four year post secondary degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to become a Naturopathic Doctor. She believes your greatest asset is your health and she believes by supporting your body’s organs and organ systems you can regain your health and improve your quality health.

She uses Gold Standard saliva and urine testing when indicated with the patient to get to the root of the health issue to achieve faster results and to have a greater depth of understanding of the individual’s predispositions.
