I would love to work with you to find the next step towards your health goals. Whether it is sleep, energy, mood, hormone health, endocrine, GI health, weight management, skin health, pain or a chronic condition, I will create a plan with you. I will combine the most clinically effective and evidence- informed methods to support your health.

I graduated from St. F.X..U with a BSc. in Human Nutrition and then finished a four year post secondary degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to become a Naturopathic Doctor. I believe your greatest asset is your health and by listening to and working with your body you can achieve mental and physical wellbeing.
